In order to get the most out of this app you must embark on an easy learning journey. This journey will teach you how to navigate this app and how to use the MemoryWise technique to its full potential. At the top right of the screen you can view your progress at any stage. Your journey starts here.

Master Lists

A Master List is a list of items that you create for yourself. This app will show you how.
Important: Each master list item must be something that you can imagine yourself touching, or holding, or feeling, or lifting, or grabbing etc. In other words, they must be something physical. An example could be a candle, a swan, a comb, a chair etc.
Each Master List item should be different from the others.
A master list is a permanent list of items that never need to change.
A master list can be as little as five items or up to as many as you like.
Each master list item is assigned a number.
A good number of items in a master list is 20
All of this will become clear.

Creating your first Master List

Every master list is given a name
This master list we will call NUMBERS
You can change this name here, or at any time if you choose, Progress > View Master Lists > Edit Name
This master list will be set at 20 items
